Registration

The San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk, the backdrop for Raise 2025, eagerly awaits your arrival. The first step in your Raise experience is registering your onsite team. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Visit our registration page.
  • Add 1 General Admission Ticket to your basket and click “next.”
  • Click “Do you have a promo code?”
  • Type in the code SPONSOR25 and complete the form.
  • Refer to your Sponsor Agreement for your allotment of all-access pass(es); repeat the steps above.

Please register by August 1st.

Raise App Exhibitor Portal

  • Look for an email from [email protected] (subject line: Welcome to the Raise Conference). It likely will be in your junk mail.
    • If you can’t find the email, visit this link and click “Forgot Password” to reset your password
  • Log in to the Exhibitor Portal and navigate to “My Tasks” for the most up-to-date list of what’s required of your team to maximize your sponsorship.
  • Under the “Profile” tab, click the blue button at the top right to edit your company’s information

Shipping Your Supplies

Shipping to Conference:

All sponsor packages should arrive no more than 5 days prior to the conference. Target delivery for the week of September 1.

Reminder: September 1 is Labor Day, and the FedEx office at the hotel will be closed.

On-Site Delivery for Setup:

OneCause will coordinate the delivery of all exhibitor materials and packages directly to individual sponsor booths at the Sponsor Pavilion on Sunday, September 7, for setup. Thank you in advance for your patience as we unload and distribute the freight. Set up will take place from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT.

Please note: FedEx will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. If you plan to begin setup before 10:00 AM, your shipped materials may not yet be accessible. We appreciate your understanding.

Exhibitor Information

Booth Information:

Trailblazer and Trendsetter sponsors, you have the option of:

  • One (1) 6′ table (un-skirted) and two (2) chairs OR
  • One (1) high-top table and two (2) stools.

Please send your preference to Sarah Lewis ([email protected]).

Your booth space can accommodate a 10′ wide backdrop. If you opt for the 6-foot table, we recommend bringing a branded table cover or contacting us in advance if you’d like us to arrange one for you.

Sponsors in the Navigator Circle will receive one (1) 6′ table (un-skirted) and two (2) chairs. The space is ideal for a banner stand or tabletop display.

Wi-Fi and Electrical are included.

Exhibitor Hours:

Monday, September 8th 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT
Tuesday, September 9th 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT

Booth Tear Down:

Please do not begin booth breakdown until the conference officially closes on Tuesday, September 9 at 5:00 p.m. CT. Sponsors should schedule FedEx pickups for after the event concludes (FedEx closes at 7:00 p.m.) or on Wednesday, September 10. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and professional experience for attendees.

Important Dates

The Raise Conference App gives your brand maximum exposure to attendees. Please provide the information needed to build out your virtual booth by August 1st. An invitation to add/edit your profile information will be sent out soon.

The Raise Conference App will open 1 week before the conference, giving you plenty of time to connect and engage with attendees!
