Registration
The Country Music Hall of Fame, the backdrop for Raise 2024, eagerly awaits your arrival. The first step in your Raise experience is registering your onsite team. Please follow the instructions below:
- Visit our registration page.
- Add 1 General Admission Ticket to your basket and click “next.”
- Click “Do you have a promo code?”
- Type in the code SPONSOR24 and complete the form.
- Refer to your Sponsor Agreement for your allotment of all-access pass(es); repeat steps above.
Please register by August 1st.
Booth Details & Shipping Information
Booth Details
What’s included: Your choice! One 6′ non-skirted table and two chairs OR one high-boy table and two stools. Email Sarah Lewis your preference by August 1st.
Inbound Shipping
You can ship booth materials to arrive no earlier than 5 business days before Raise (September 5th). Please be sure to label all materials with RAISE SPONSOR – [NAME] + the number of boxes.

Booth Set Up
September 8th from 12:00 p.m. CT – 4:00 p.m. CT.
Empties
Please bring labels for the cases and boxes that you’ll need to store during the conference and bring them to the sponsor greenroom when you’re finished setting up. The greenroom is located through the double doors in the Event Hall.
Booth Tear Down
You may begin dismantling your booth on September 10th at 5:00 p.m. CT, after the final general session concludes and our attendees leave. Please refrain from dismantling your booth before this time. Assistance will be available starting at 5:00 p.m. CT to facilitate a quick breakdown and ensure your team can depart promptly.
Outbound Shipping
To ship materials out, you’ll need to:
- Package and seal all materials
- Create and apply shipping label(s)
- Leave materials at your booth
- There are UPS or FedEx pickups every day, so no need to schedule your own
Hotel Block
We’ve reserved hotel room blocks at five locations near the Country Music Hall of Fame.
With multiple events happening in the Nashville area, room blocks may sell out quickly. Please book your stay today!
