Frequently Asked Questions

We’re excited to be hosting Raise 2022 in-person at the Kimpton Gray Hotel Chicago and virtually online Monday, September 12 and Tuesday, September 13.

We’ll have a number of tracks focused on event & auction fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, donor engagement, leadership and storytelling. Our full schedule of sessions will be released mid-summer.

Visit the app store on your iPhone or Android device and search Raise Conference 2022. Download the app and create a profile using the email you used to register for Raise. Once in the app, you will have access to all conference updates, resources, and much more.

For virtual attendees, we recommend using the desktop version of the app for an improved conference experience. Access the web version of the app here: https://app.socio.events/MTQ0NjA%3D/overview.

Important Note: Make sure to remember what your login is to the app, so you will be able to quickly get on during the conference!

First, make sure you are using the same email that you used when registering for Raise. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password button, and you will receive an email to update it. If you are still having trouble logging in, feel free to reach out to [email protected] or 888-729-0399 x1396. We recommend email, if possible, for the fastest response time.

If you experience any issues while using the Raise Conference app, here are some steps to take if you need help with app troubleshooting:

Refresh the page. Sometimes it really is that simple.

Log out and back in. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner (Web App) or top right corner (Platform) of the screen, and click Log Out, then log back in.

Switch your browser to Google Chrome and make sure it is updated. If there’s a button in the top right corner of your Chrome window that says “Update”, click the button, and then click Update Google Chrome. You won’t lose your open browser tabs, though you may need to sign into the event again.

Free up network bandwidth and system resources. To prevent slow load times, live stream lag, or stuttering, make sure your network isn’t being clogged up by programs or other devices on the network. And just a reminder – The more programs, browser tabs, and background processes you have running on your computer, the more slowly your computer and your network will run.

Go incognito. Sometimes your browser may have stored settings or information for a site that prevents some aspects of it from working. A quick way to test this is to open the event in an Incognito window. In Google Chrome, simply click the three-dot icon below the browser’s close button and click New Incognito window. Now, try logging back into the Event App/Platform, and see if the problem is resolved.

In-person experience will provide live attendance to all sessions, bonus ‘in-person only’ sessions, access to conference app, networking events, meals, gift bag and the ability to personally interact with attendees and sponsors. All in-person attendees will have post event access to the on-demand library for up to 1 year post conference.

Virtual experience will provide live streaming access to general sessions, keynote and selected content. Network during sessions via the conference app and access to the on-demand conference for up to 1 year post conference.

In-person registration can be switched to a virtual event registration through July 15, 2022. You are eligible for a refund of the difference between the cost of your in-person ticket and the current virtual price of a ticket or rollover the difference to the 2023 Raise conference.

If you are unable to join us virtually, we will miss you! You can request to have your ticket transferred to another team member until 5:00 pm ET on Friday 9/9. After this time, we are unable to fulfill ticket transfer requests.

If you are virtual, you will see a Video Stream icon that will be able to be clicked when it’s show time within the Raise Conference App. We recommend logging in to the stream a few minutes before the session. While you can watch the session on any device, we recommend watching it on a laptop or desktop computer in the web app. Click here to view the web version of the app. In most cases, you will be prompted to confirm your email address.

The safety of our attendees, sponsors and staff are our number one priority at the in-person event. As the guidance around the pandemic is continuously changing and can differ from region to region we will take the necessary precautions required for the health and safety of our attendees.

Yes, most sessions will be available to be accessed on demand. This access is included in either your in-person or virtual ticket purchase.

Through the Raise Conference App, which you can find here.

You bet! And for those not attending in-person, we’re planning virtual networking opportunities through the conference app.

Similar to years past, we’ll be submitting all sessions for CFRE credits and if approved you’ll be eligible to receive credits.
